We are looking for a highly motivated Cover Supervisor to join our staff team and work alongside an existing Cover Supervisor in taking responsibility for classes during short-term teacher absence. This role will include the supervision of whole classes during short-term absences of class teachers under the guidance of teaching/senior staff, delivery of pre-prepared exercises, building positive relationships with students and managing behaviour. The opportunity is ideal for an individual who enjoys working with students in an educational setting, supporting and assisting them in relevant activities in line with school policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will have opportunities to engage with high quality professional learning. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable working experience in a classroom setting for anyone with a desire to join the teaching profession.
