The Role:

The Sports Centre has an exciting opportunity for a Casual Recreation Assistant to join their enthusiastic and hard-working team. The successful candidate will work around 5-10 hours per week over a weekend in a fun and enjoyable role.

Under the guidance of the Duty Supervisor and Manager, you will be responsible for the effective operation of the Sports Centre based on our vibrant Tycoch campus.

Your role will require you to supervise children's parties, coach activities and conduct gym inductions. You will set up and de-rig equipment and carry out housekeeping duties to include cleaning and security.
  • £12.00 per hour
  • You will have no fixed working hours, and will work on an ad hoc basis
  • You will be paid a month in arrears e.g. any hours that you work in June, will be paid in July, and so forth.

About you:

You will possess 5 GCSE's Grade A-C or equivalent and excellent customer service skills. A Sports Coaching Certificate is desirable as is a First Aid Qualification.
