Post to commence 1st September 2024 and the hours of work are 8:45am – 3:45pm (32 ½ hours per week, term time only)
The Governing Body of Malpas Court Primary School is looking to appoint a permanent School Support Officer Level 2 who will undertake general administrative and financial support to the school.
The school administrative team is a busy working environment within the school that deals with a wide variety of tasks. The post holder is responsible for whole school day to day administration i.e. word-processing letters, forms and documents, sending messages to parents, reception cover and telephone duties, along with basic first aid.
What you will need to succeed:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and numeracy skills
- Good word-processing ability
- Adaptable, organised and able to work with minimum supervision
- Commitment to ensuring the safeguarding and welfare of all students
- Well organised and possessing excellent time management skills
- Able to work well within a team and have a flexible approach to working.
Malpas Court Primary is a school run by a dedicated, hard working and committed staff, whose prime concern is to provide high quality education within a safe and stimulating environment.
