The role:
  • As an Administrator linked to work-based learning in GCS Training, the key focus will be to act as an integral part of the administrative support for the Shared Prosperity Fund (Skills Project).
  • To be responsible for the collection and collation of all audit paperwork to support the externally funded project, delivered within the College.
  • To ensure that detailed statistical information is maintained to monitor the Shared Prosperity Fund (Skills Project) progress in line with the appropriate funding stream requirements.
  • To work with internal and external stakeholders in the completion of financial and outcome related reports in line with College's External Funding Procedures.

This key role will help meet positive learning outcomes for learners and support the aims of the Head of GCS Training, Director of Skills & Business Development and Commercial coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To liaise with relevant Project Managers and Commercial Co-ordinators within the College to ensure that appropriate audit systems are established to support the delivery of the Shared Prosperity Fund (Skills Project) within in the College
  • To maintaining all financial records to support the delivery of Externally Funded Shared Prosperity Fund (Skills Project) in the College in accordance with College and External Funds Audit Procedures
  • Where required maintaining all participant records to support the delivery of Shared Prosperity Fund (Skills Project) in the College in accordance with College and External Funding Audit Procedures
  • Using excel, maintain statistical information on all individuals participating within the Shared Prosperity Fund (Skills Project).
About you:
  • Knowledge and experience of operating and maintaining spreadsheets and database systems.
  • Level 2 (Grade A-C) or equivalent Maths and English qualification
  • IT literate - to include Word and Excel etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
