Job description
Start Date: September 2024
Tondu Primary School is looking for an experienced leader with ALNCo experience to step into the role of Deputy Headteacher with ALNCo responsibility. This is a teaching role which presents an excellent opportunity for interested parties to gain or further develop Deputy Headteacher experience in a primary school and to be able to develop strategic leadership and management functions. However, we work hard to make sure that all children, staff and families feel very much part of our Tondu Family. We are passionate about promoting and supporting the wellbeing of all pupils and staff and this ethos is at the heart of everything we do.
Tondu provides exciting and meaningful learning. The school benefits from excellent outdoor learning environments and works in partnership with pupils, staff, parents, and governors due to the strong links with the wider community. Providing an environment in which staff and pupils are supported in achieving their full potential.
Tondu is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
As an experienced Deputy Headteacher, school leader or education professional you will have management experience with proven leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills.
