The role:
- Full-time (37 hours per week)
- Permanent
- £42,076 - £47,152 per annum
- Jubilee Court campus
- Working in conjunction with the Director of WBL lead the operational objectives of the Work Based Learning (WBL) function
- Develop relationships with and manage the College's WBL delivery partners (including subcontractors) to enable delivery of high quality provision, ensuring the delivery partners have regular information relating to their profiles, performance and that they are aware of their targets
- Line manage the WBL planning and performance team
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience
- Experience of working with WBL contracts
- Experience of managing teams and delivery partners to achieve results
- Ability to travel across Wales and England on occasions as needed
- 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, and the college is closed for two weeks over the Christmas period
