- Can initially support teaching and learning across the Primary age range for 27.5 hours per week;
- Is committed to high expectations of progress and behaviour;
- Is able to cover PPA sessions and to provide short term cover in classes throughout the school (e.g. leadership and management time and staff absence);
- Has an understanding of the changes to the Curriculum for Wales
- Has a flexible and supportive approach to changing demands;
- Has the ability to maintain a smile even when things get tough!
