Job Summary
Here at Coleg Cambria we are looking for a Health and Wellbeing Specialist to join our supportive Human Resources team.
Role Title: Health and Wellbeing Specialist
Location: Deeside or Yale (must be willing to occasionally travel across all 5 sites)
Contract Type: Part Time (29.6 hours per week) (0.8 FTE), Fixed Term until 31 July 2025
Salary: £30,908 - £33,705 pro rata
Overview of Role
Joining us as Health and Wellbeing Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing the Health and Wellbeing Strategy for our people across the College.
You will identify and implement initiatives to support the health and wellbeing of all colleagues, by looking at all aspects of wellbeing such as physical, mental, financial and social.
And you will work closely with stakeholders across the college to implement health and wellbeing solutions for all colleagues.
Essential Requirements
Experience of developing and implementing strategies and actions plans.
Experience of coordinating successful and timely organisation-wide health and wellbeing initiatives for employees.
CIPD professional qualification to Level 5 or equivalent qualification.
